Head of Commercial Excellence at ZeroNorth
We are looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence reporting to our SVP of Growth, Nicolas Queru. As his primary strategy and transformation partner, you will drive the initiatives required to multiply our top-line.
This is a high-impact "build" role, giving you the mandate to shape a precise, data-disciplined commercial function.
We need a strategic thinker capable of driving execution to directly influence our trajectory. Offering high C-suite visibility, this position serves as a fast track to senior leadership.

This role offers freedom for the right candidate to shape the function based on the strategic direction you develop.
Consequently, the responsibilities listed below serve as examples of the core work, but you will have the autonomy to define the scope and evolution of the role beyond.
Lead the design and execution of commercial strategy, owning annual planning cycles, translating corporate objectives into actionable sales targets, territory designs, and resource allocation models.
Define and refine the end-to-end GTM process from top-of-funnel to signature, establishing key metrics and running the performance management cadence to ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
Build and implement commercial playbooks to set global standards for account planning, deal reviews, and value selling, ensuring adoption across the frontline.
Design and drive a rigorous renewal process, acting as a key agent in securing contract renewals working closely with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Product Teams.
Orchestrate periodic onboarding and training programs for the GTM team to ensure the organization is equipped with the required skills and knowledge.
Your profile:
Holds >4-6 years of experience in high-paced environments requiring complex problem-solving and executive communication.
Possesses a background from a top-tier management consultancy or a similar in-house strategy function.
Demonstrates a unique blend of a "consultant’s toolkit" (structured thinking, clear communication) and an "operator’s mindset" focused on implementation.
Exhibits strong analytical rigor, comfortable using quantitative analysis and data to diagnose problems and define success criteria.
Highly skilled in stakeholder management, capable of navigating high-level commercial discussions with senior leadership.
Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to drive execution and connect with the front-line commercial organization.
