Product Operations Manager at ZeroNorth
We are seeking a hands-on Product Operations Manager to help operationalise and scale our product development practices across a global, multi-product organisation.
This role will be critical in supporting the VP of Product in embedding best-in-class planning, reporting, and tooling across our squads.
You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Data leads to drive transparency, consistency, and delivery velocity across our product verticals.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the rollout, adoption, and continuous maintenance of Product Ops frameworks and rituals (e.g., product planning cadences, calendars, and operational workflows) across all product teams/squads.
- Manage the product development rhythm, including executing OKR cycles, facilitating roadmap reviews, coordinating release planning, and maintaining the overall product reporting schedule.
- Consolidate, manage, and evolve master roadmaps to ensure strategic alignment across distributed squads and product verticals.
- Own and manage the entire Product Management tech stack (roadmapping, analytics, user research, experimentation tools), standardizing usage, training teams, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Build, maintain, and own product metrics dashboards tracking essential KPIs, delivery performance, and overall squad health/velocity, serving as the central insight pipeline.
- Facilitate structured and effective communication flows, ensuring alignment and transparency between product, engineering, and executive leadership regarding product strategy, status, and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage official product communications, including public release notes, internal roadmap updates, and formal reports to leadership.
- Support the onboarding and enablement of product team members on tools and best practices, while partnering with distributed squads to continually optimize delivery processes.
Your profile:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Support roles, specifically within software or technology companies.
- Proven history of successfully implementing, scaling, and refining Product Ops functions, preferably within fast-paced SaaS or product-led environments.
- Hands-on expertise with modern product development and analytics tools, specifically Linear, Productboard, Notion, Mixpanel, and Miro.
- A natural systems thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of building metrics dashboards, optimizing workflows, and bringing structure to complexity.
- Skilled communicator who can effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and alignment across different groups.
- Obsessed with clarity, process, and organization, demonstrating high attention to detail and a drive for operational efficiency.
- Motivated by a "servant-leadership" approach, focusing on enabling product teams to succeed through improved transparency and frictionless processes.
- Based in Copenhagen (or open to regular travel there) with the flexibility to collaborate effectively across both EU and India time zones.
