Senior Product Manager at ZeroNorth
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to act as a strategic architect for a key area of the ZeroNorth platform.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level company strategy and tangible product execution. You will not just manage a backlog; you will define the "why" and "what" that drives our competitive advantage.
Leveraging deep customer empathy and sharp business acumen, you will transform complex market requirements into a cohesive, high-value product vision that accelerates our growth and cements our position as the industry leader.
Key responsibilities:
Lead rigorous discovery efforts, combining deep customer empathy with data-driven insights to uncover high-value opportunities and validate hypotheses before a single line of code is written.
Master the backlog by ruthlessly prioritizing features based on ROI and strategic fit. You will ensure the development team is always focused on the highest-value initiatives.
Act as the strategic anchor for your development team. Provide clear context and requirements during sprints to foster a culture of shared ownership, clarity, and rapid delivery.
Go beyond simple "approvals." You will own the quality of the release, validating that delivered solutions not only meet functional criteria but effectively solve the underlying customer problem.
Define success before you build. You will set and monitor clear KPIs to measure feature performance, using post-launch data to inform iterations and maximize adoption.
Partner deeply with Marketing and Sales to define the GTM strategy. You will craft the positioning, value proposition, and monetization models needed to turn features into revenue.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure users realize the full value of your product, driving adoption, reducing churn, and unlocking expansion opportunities.
Break down silos. Work across the Product and Tech organization to manage dependencies and ensure your area integrates seamlessly into a unified, end-to-end user experience.
Your profile:
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a complex B2B SaaS or scale-up environment. You have a proven history of managing products through the full lifecycle—from concept to commercial success.
You are user-obsessed with a sophisticated toolkit for discovery. You know how to look beyond feature requests to uncover root problems, translating user insights into value-driving solutions.
You don’t just build roadmaps; you build strategy. You have a track record of launching successful products in an Agile environment that deliver measurable business outcomes, not just output.
You possess strong analytical rigor. You are comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing churn/retention data, and using those insights to make hard prioritization decisions that drive profitability.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "sell the vision." You can influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority, aligning the organization behind your strategy.
You are deeply passionate about our mission to decarbonize global trade and are motivated by the challenge of aligning commercial product strategy with environmental impact.
You operate with a growth mindset. You are not satisfied with the status quo and consistently look for ways to improve team processes, product performance, and personal growth.
Fluent in English (oral and written) is a requirement.
