Legal Student Assistant at ZeroNorth
Are you a law or commercial law student seeking practical experience in a dynamic, international environment? Join our legal team at ZeroNorth where you'll opportunity to contribute to the green transition of the shipping industry and solve real-world legal issues. We are currently seeking a dedicated Legal Student Assistant to support our legal team in various matters.
Key responsibilities:
Administering our corporate portfolio globally including corporate governance and dealing with day-to-day matters in various jurisdictions;
Handling registrations in business registries, notarisations and legalisations as well as updating the document filing systems within the legal department;
Support our contract management efforts;
Assist with legal compliance, including with third party due diligence and data privacy;
Support the legal team on various ad hoc legal matters;
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in legal workflows;
Coordinate and communicate with external law firms, notaries, and other legal advisors in various jurisdictions; and
Researching and identifying local legal requirements impacting our global corporate portfolio.
Your profile:
We're looking for a candidate who is in the third year of a Bachelor's degree or has started a Master's degree in Law or Business and Commercial Law with the following key qualifications:
Thrives with a high activity level and enjoys a dynamic international environment with many different and ongoing tasks
Fluent in Danish and English
Has a practical and commercially-minded approach
Can work independently
Possesses strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
