Senior Rewards Business Partner at ZeroNorth
As our new Senior Rewards Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ZeroNorth’s global growth story.
This is a unique opportunity to own our compensation and benefits strategy from day one. You will design, implement, and manage frameworks that perfectly balance our financial responsibilities with a truly people-centric approach, ensuring our employees feel valued as we scale, while working closely with our Finance team to update and improve our approach to workforce costs.
Based in Copenhagen, Mumbai or Chennai, you will join an experienced global People Team and directly influence our success.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure a transparent and fair pay structure (bonuses, benefits, other incentives) that works in a fast-growing scale-up where flexibility and pace is needed including preparing for the EU pay transparency directive.
Lead the salary review process using Ravio's real-time data.
Build, manage, and ensure alignment in the job levelling framework and provide benchmarks for new roles, promotions, relocations etc.
Partner with vendors, maintain coherence across global benefits programs, and ensure solutions that meet the needs of the future generation of employees
Build, maintain and improve workforce costs overview and support functional heads in workforce planning
Reconcile HiBob (HRIS) data with calculations from Payroll, our Employer of Record and for external contractors
Prepare analysis, recommendations and material to the Remuneration Committee
Build and implement STI programs in collaboration with customer-facing teams
Conceptualise and lead People Metrics to ensure decision-making on people-related matters are based on data and support on projects (mobility cases, opening entities, insurances etc)
Your profile:
We are looking for an experienced profile with 7+ years of experience within total rewards, including designing and implementing pay structures and salary review processes. You could also have a background in Finance.
You need to have global experience, preferably in a global scale-up environment.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and salary/benefits management tools.
A proactive, curious approach to compensation and workforce cost management, eager to leverage AI and explore new methodologies, with the ability to build business cases and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, hands-on experience with data, people systems, and a commitment to data accuracy and detailed reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to deliver results with accountability and a growth mindset.
You are the trusted advisor to the people team and leadership on all reward-related matters.
