Student Assistant - People Team at ZeroNorth

The People team in Copenhagen plays a vital role across our global offices, and we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Student Assistant with a strong initiative and growth mindset to join us. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying a relevant education like HRM to gain hands-on experience within a global People team, developing your skills in a professional and supportive environment. 

You will be instrumental in strengthening our foundational processes and preparing the team for the next phase of our global expansion. If you are driven to take ownership, excel in administrative responsibilities, and possess a keen eye for detail and structure, this could be your next opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Help with global/local onboarding practicalities for our new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.

• Create visa letters and invitations for our colleagues abroad.

• Contribute actively to optimising our administrative processes.

• Data validation, updates and upload in HiBob (our HRIS).

• Reporting on people's data.

• Structure and clean up folders and employee documentation.

• Reply to a broad variety of employment-related requests from the organisation.

• Assist with various administrative tasks and people projects as needed.

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing a relevant education, such as Human Resource Management (HRM).

• Strong structuring skills.

• Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Understanding the priorities and timely execution of tasks.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
