Senior Rewards Partner at ZeroNorth

We are on an exciting journey, and in this role, you will design, manage, implement and maintain our compensation and benefits frameworks and initiatives - with the aim to perfectly balance financial responsibility with a people-centric approach, ensuring our employees feel valued and appreciated.

This isn't just any role - it's a chance to own and shape this critical area within ZeroNorth as we continue to grow and evolve across the globe.

The role is based in Copenhagen, where you will join the global people team (located in Copenhagen, Mumbai, and Chennai). You will be part of an experienced people team with responsibilities within people enablement and operations, people partnering, TA, and global people projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and ensure a transparent and fair pay structure (bonuses, benefits, other incentives….) that works in a fast-growing scale-up where we need flexibility and pace.

• Drive and lead salary reviews using Ravio's real-time data.

• Conduct market research, analyse data to create competitive packages that adhere to labor laws and regulations.

• Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership to document gaps or proposed changes in compensation.

• Partner with vendors, maintain coherence across global benefits programs, and ensure accurate, real-time data in the people system (Bob).

• Continuously evaluate and enhance benefits programs, ensuring solutions that meet the future generation of employees.

• Provide effective communication of benefits.

• Build, manage, and ensure alignment in the level framework across the organisation and provide benchmark for new roles, promotions, relocations etc..

Your profile:

• We are looking for an experienced profile with a min. of 5-7 years specifically within total rewards, including designing and implementing pay structures and salary review processes, in a global scale-up environment.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and salary/benefits management tools.

• A proactive, curious approach to compensation, eager to leverage AI and explore new methodologies, with the ability to build business cases and drive strategic initiatives.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, hands-on experience with people systems, and a commitment to data accuracy and detailed reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to deliver results with accountability and a growth mindset.

• You are the trusted advisor to the people team and leadership on all reward-related matters.

• Solid collaboration ability, as you know, you are good - but together we are much stronger! You are a true team player and are as engaged in your own team as the leaders you work with.

• You lean in and take responsibility, and you take pride in completing your initiatives and interactions with clear follow-up, learning capture, and showing impact.
