Senior Product Manager at ZeroNorth

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the unification of our operator product portfolio. 

You'll lead a newly formed team, leveraging AI and user-centered design to create a cohesive, intelligent interface, significantly impacting operator workflows and efficiency.

Please note this role is based in Copenhagen and currently we do not offer a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for the unified operator experience across the Operator unit.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to develop and execute a clear product roadmap.

• Leverage AI and machine learning to enable smarter, context-aware operator workflows and predictive insights.

• Lead integration efforts to consolidate a diverse product portfolio into a single, seamless platform experience.

• Deeply understand our users, through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.

• Define and track key product success metrics and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data.

• Champion a culture of customer-centric innovation and product excellence across cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the voice of the Operator experience within ZeroNorth, aligning vision with company strategy and customer value.

Your profile:

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform-based products with complex user workflows.

• Strong experience with AI/ML-driven products or decision-support systems is a major advantage.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams through ambiguity to successful launches.

• Deep empathy for users and a track record of delivering intuitive, impactful experiences.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.

• Familiarity with maritime, logistics, or other operationally complex domains is a plus but not required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
