Senior People Partner at ZeroNorth

Are you our new Senior People Partner who will be part of taking ZeroNorth to the next level?

This role is pivotal in working closely with leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and secure their team’s growth, progression, and thriving. You are the key sparring partner for our leaders on organisational changes and people/team matters. You will also drive leadership concepts and initiatives globally across the business.

The role is based in Copenhagen, where you will join the global people team (located in Copenhagen, Mumbai, and Chennai). You will be part of an experienced people team with responsibilities within people enablement and operations, TA, Comp.& Ben., and global people projects.

Key responsibilities:

Business Partnering: Work closely with our leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges and partner with them on initiatives supporting business outcomes.

Leadership Growth: Provide coaching and facilitation to our leaders to help them grow their capabilities.

Global Leadership Initiatives: Drive our leadership principles. Design, facilitate, and implement initiatives across the organisation to ensure consistency and alignment with our priorities and culture.

People Growth: Guide our leaders in building and fostering strong teams with individuals empowered to contribute and do their best work and progress while still being one team.

Measure the impact: Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership initiatives and provide regular metrics on progress and outcomes.

Best Practices: Committed to and motivated by finding new ways to improve how we grow and work with our leaders, enhancing AI, data, and experience design.

Your profile:

We imagine you have a strong background as a HRBP and have moved into a leadership development/L&D/people strategic role.

You are a true people person and team player and are as engaged in your own team as the leaders you work with. You lean in and take responsibility, and you take pride in completing your initiatives and interactions with clear follow-up, learning capture, and showing impact.

You are passionate about new ways of working and transforming them into tangible actions and doings in the day-to-day work. You are an excellent communicator, curious, and with a proactive and can-do attitude.

You understand how to partner up with leaders - and are able to listen with care, understand and challenge their views, and find the best solutions going forward.

Key experience and skill set:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a HRBP role or similar. Experience from start-up/scale-up is key - and having worked in a global role is a must.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to convert identified opportunities into concrete plans to address them.

Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to facilitate, train, coach, and grow leaders at all levels.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leader partnering projects simultaneously.

Solid collaboration ability, as you know, you are good - but together we are much stronger!
