Customer Support Consultant at ZeroNorth

We're on a mission to decarbonize the maritime industry, and we need talented individuals like you to ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience with our innovative solutions.
You'll be joining a growing team of 8 passionate individuals, reporting directly to our supportive Customer Support Team Lead. We foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute your unique skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels (WhatsApp, Intercom, email, phone).
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
- Become a product expert and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Your profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent English is essential).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and willing to work in different shift timings.
- A keen interest in the maritime industry and/or sustainability is a plus.
- IT skills or maritime knowledge are preferable.
