Business Analyst - HSEQ at ZeroNorth

We are seeking a Business Analyst for our HSEQ module with 4-6 years of experience in the ERP domain, ideally with a focus on Marine ERP. This position will report directly to the Product Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare requirement specification, Product documentation and also user manuals for the HSEQ module
• Ability to demonstrate the HSEQ module to prospects and clients
• Ability to work with clients and understand the requirements and translate them into working protos and create specifications for them
• Ability to do model/configure the product based on customer needs and reduce customization during implementation at customer site
• Create integration specifications for third party applications like document management system etc.
• Ability to support functional requirements of Maintenance module as and when needed

Your profile:

• Expertise in Product development environment
• Experience in ERP development, should have worked in Product ERP companies
• Expertise in writing Software requirement specifications and ability to understand Low level and high level designs
• Knowledge of relational databases (like SQL server, Oracle etc.)data structures and ability to help design teams
• Creating Product documents like Reference manuals, User manuals etc.
• Knowledge of functional testing strategies and experience in implementing Design Thinking principles
• Overall experience of 4 to 6 years in Application development domain
