What does it mean to be a Product Marketing Student Assistant at ZeroNorth?

We are seeking a part-time Masters student to join as a Product Marketing Student assistant to support our marketing team in creating sales materials and providing customer onboarding support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling sales presentations and writing copy that clearly communicates the value proposition of our products.

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the CX team to develop guides and support materials that facilitate customer onboarding and improve overall customer experience.

This is a part-time student position, with flexible working hours, and it is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In addition, you will:

• Create visually compelling and informative sales presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software
• Write copy for marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and product datasheets
• Collaborate with the CX team to create guides and support materials that help onboard customers and improve the overall customer experience
• Work with the product management team to stay up-to-date on product features and benefits to inform sales and support materials
• Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall marketing strategy and planning

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, copywriting, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with customer onboarding and support materials is a plus
• Expected working hours are 8 to 15 hours a week and you must be based in Copenhagen
