Product & Technical Manager to lead the development of digital products within Vessel Performance
We are currently looking for an experienced Product & Technical Manager, highly experienced in Big Data and Digital Twin technologies, to lead the development of digital products in the area of vessel performance monitoring, evaluation and prediction.

In this role you will work closely with other product and commercial teams as well as customers, for developing and coordinating execution of the product roadmap for vessel optimization and you will

• Be responsible for synthesizing requirements, defining specifications, and advising on the architecture of the Cloud platform for building and scaling the new digital services
• Keep abreast of market trends while closely monitoring the competition, aiming to continuously adapt and improve existing products while introducing and developing new ones
• Ensure productivity and facilitate seamless collaboration with existing technical and product teams in the business
• Establish comprehensive procedures ensuring highest quality of the new digital products and services
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and classification societies for obtaining certifications for products and services, according to international standards and regulatory requirements

Who are you?
Your technical, product and business knowhow are complemented by more than 10 years of real-world experience in Maritime digital systems, vessel performance monitoring and optimization. You have delivered products and services in this industry and are well versed in IoT systems, Digital Twins, Cloud infrastructure and Big Data analysis.

You are a seasoned executive member, manager and team leader, with strong problem solving and analytical skills. As a natural communicator, you are able to support marketing and sales in delivering new products to existing and new customers.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required and some travel is expected.
