What does it mean to be a Senior Salesforce Administrator at ZeroNorth?
You will be co-managing our CRM application (Salesforce) and its data to ensure it meets the current and future needs of the commercial organization to optimize cross functional and geographical collaboration/sales effectiveness. You will help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.
You must have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. You should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Admin in the ZN Commercial excellence team you will get a central position, building the architecture for our Salesforce capabilities.
You will be responsible for architecting, planning and executing Salesforce projects and implementing end-to-end technology solutions on the platform
Define, prioritize , plan and execute complex and impactful Salesforce projects
Drive progress and solve complex issues through Salesforce best practices
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the most effective Salesforce solutions
Apply Salesforce knowledge to identify deficiencies across projects, propose end-to-end solutions and guide strategic thinking
Solve business issues through Salesforce development and best practices
Execute with a the commercial excellence team
Produce documentation and tutorials that enable other teams
Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce administration related experience. As a minimum you have an Administrator Certification Exam (CRT 101)
Experienced designing and enhancing workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, SSO configuration, profiles & permission sets, reports and dashboard development
Experienced with programming languages
Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent in process improvement, user impact, user stories and root cause analysis
Excellent in systems implementation methodologies
Experienced with roadmap ideation, design and execution
Experienced with data analysis, and data flow analysis between systems
Experience with maritime or SaaS is considered a plus
Fluency in written and verbal English is a requirement
