Freelance Creative Director/Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of leveraging imaginative and sleek design assets to engage and capture the attention of our target audience in social media and ads as well as inspire a movement to join the journey of making global trade green.
We are seeking an experienced creative director/graphic designer to own the creation and maintenance of our marketing assets to drive sales and marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will engage our audience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and product marketing teammates to support our growth marketing ads, social media content, website design and content marketing
- Your creativity will sculpt our graphics for advertising, social media, trend reports, cool t-shirts and more
- Help bring new design ideas to lift our brand to new heights using your expertise from past successes and eye for great design
- Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, blog, email, and other channels
- Manage other design needs such as sales presentations, product brochures and trade show collateral as needed
Requirements:
- You must have a CVR number in order to invoice us
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Past experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. (We require work samples to apply for this position.)
- Experience designing a content management system. This person must create assets for ads (A/B testing) and our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens
